This notice explains the information requested through EverJoy Learning & Childcare’s website interest forms.
The forms request a parent or guardian’s name and email, a child’s approximate age when care is needed, and a desired start timeframe. A phone number, contact preference, questions, and interest in future tour information may be provided voluntarily. Please do not include a child’s full name, date of birth, medical details, documents, or other sensitive information.
We use the information you provide to respond to your childcare inquiry and discuss relevant next steps. The separate optional email checkbox lets you request opening news, program updates, and future tour announcements. It is unchecked by default. Submitting an inquiry does not require subscribing to these updates and does not give consent for SMS marketing.
Wix provides the website, forms, and contact-management services used to process inquiries. Information submitted through these forms is handled within those services and by the people responsible for responding to EverJoy inquiries. We do not request payment information through the interest form. You may ask us to update your inquiry details or change your communication preferences through the website inquiry form. If you choose to receive update emails, you can use the unsubscribe option in those messages when available. An inquiry does not reserve a place or confirm enrollment.
